Driving At Night

Posted by Karen Shadbolt on

Easy adjustments can make driving in the dark much easier.

As the evenings are still dark, it's time to make sure you cans see as clearly as possible when you're driving.

Here are 4 tips for a safe, comfortable journey:

1: Make sure that your windscreen and your glasses are clean

2: If you wear specs or contact lenses make sure that your prescription is up to date.

3:  If you drive with glasses a reflection-free coating will help reduce the glare from oncoming headlights, road signs, streetlights, and wet roads.

4. Driving in the dark can be particularly tiring, so take regular breaks if you have a long way to go. If you don't stop until you feel that you have to, you've left it too late.

Remember we are here for you; if you have an concerns about your vision when night driving don't hesitate to give us a call 01702 232 222
